This online return authorisation form is for Lako RESELLERS only. If you are a CUSTOMER (End User) who has a faulty product distributed by Lako, then please call 1300 302 306 to speak to one of our technicians and they will try and troubleshoot the problem with you.

Lako Return Authorisation Request form

  • Fill in this form accurately to request a return authorisation number for your faulty Lako products.
  • Each product returned MUST be listed with Lako product code (eg. PIN330E), fault description and whether it is store or customer stock.
  • Fault descriptions such as 'Faulty' or 'Not working' will NOT be accepted as legitimate fault description and your return authorisation request will be rejected.
  • Once you have submitted the form, the Lako help desk will respond within 24-hours with an RA number.
  • Ensure that your Return Authorisation number (provided by email later) is clearly visible on the address label when returning goods to Lako.

DOA Policy

  • All products distributed by Lako have a 14-day DOA policy.
  • Faulty products returned within this 14-day time period must have the customer's proof of purchase attached to the item.
  • A credit will be given on all DOA products.
  • DOA products that do not have the customer's proof of purchase attached will be repaired and sent back to the store.
  • Customer repairs must also be accompanied with the customer's proof of purchase.
